Quality HVAC Equipment Installation is About Workmanship

HVAC equipment installationBrown Service Company has been proud of the quality HVAC equipment installation and service provided to Fort Worth area customers since 1952. No many companies around today have the reputation of excellence in HVAC services that Brown Service Company has and continues to provide its customers day-in and day-out. This is one of the primary reasons we employ only the best, trained technicians, including full background checks and have extensive résumés and service records all in an effort to assure our customers that they will get the highest quality installations and excellent worksmanship in every service call, whether it’s a simple check up or a complete installation.

So, you might ask, how do you determine “quality” in HVAC equipment installation? It’s all in the details.

What about quality HVAC equipment installation on NEW equipment?
Your Brown Service Company technician will evaluate the whole HVAC system prior to installing any new piece of equipment. Often replacing only a single, unmatched piece of equipment without properly matching the capacity and efficiency of the whole system will result in shortening the lifespan of the whole system by decreasing its effectiveness to cool or heat properly. For example, external/outdoor units need to match the indoor units to enable them to operate together and effectively cool or heat the home.

How about choosing the size of the new heating and air conditioning equipment that is appropriate for the house or business?
Your Brown Service technician will perform a calculation including size, quantity of windows, proper insulation, duct work and other factors to provide the right sized equipment to cool and heat your home efficiently. Buying oversized equipment might sound better, but will not necessarily offer you consistent temperatures and save on home energy costs, in addition to not perform properly.

What about ducts, filters, vents and thermometers?
When installing new equipment in your home, our Brown Service technicians take precautions to check all ductwork for crimping or kinks, confirm proper insulation is installed and check all duct connectors so they are sealed properly and tied down securely. Additionally, the technicians will check piping, refrigerant in the system, coils and compressor’s functionality, the final cooling or heating that comes out of your vents and testing the control thermostat functionality as well. We want to make sure our customers know as much information about the installation process and equipment within the system as possible, so no question is too small that we will not answer thoroughly.
